One brother knew about cows, the other brother supposedly knew something about business.  Together with their father (and the support of mom) they created GM Land & Livestock, LLC, bought their first 5 bred cows in 2018, and set them out in the pasture behind their childhood home.  The rest is a story of hard work put in by Gavin and Curtis and dumb luck (laced with a few curse words) from Austin. 

 

Since that fateful fall, the herd has grown from a small cow-calf operation in Cache Valley, UT to include direct-to-consumer sales where we can offer farm fresh beef shares to those who have enough freezer space to enjoy it!
